Wow, 10 pounds a month is a big goal. Congratulations on the 14, that's awesome! Make sure you're not losing too fast, though, and keep it healthy. Generally, slower is better for long-term success.
I am trying to lose 30 before I go to Italy at the end of March. So I thought 10 pounds per month would be good. I lost 10 in Jan. and am doing really good in Feb. so far. (despite the superbowl) Good luck to everyone with their monthly goals!
