Default Halfway point! 50 down, 50 to go
Hey everyone! As of today, I have officially lost 50 pounds, reached onederland, and also achieved my second mini goal. I don't think my mind has caught up with my body yet, because I still feel like I look like I did when I was coming up on 250. But here are some pics to show the changes!!


THIS SET WAS TAKEN 1 WEEK AFTER I STARTED, @ 245 LBS:



THIS SET WAS TAKEN ON JANUARY 1, 2010 @ AROUND 202 LBS:




AND THEN HERE ARE 2 MORE PICTURES.. THE FIRST, WHERE I'M IN THE PURPLE HOODIE, WAS TAKEN BEFORE I STARTED LOSING WEIGHT. LIKE MOST OF US, I HAVEN'T ALWAYS BEEN KEEN ON TAKING PICTURES, BUT THIS IS THE CLOSEST TO FULL-BODY-SHOT THAT I COULD FIND. THE SECOND, IN THE WHITE SHIRT, WAS TAKEN THIS PAST FRIDAY:




Soo there you have it! I will post a full story when I reach goal, but for now I'll tell you what has been most important to my success so far:

*tracking what I eat on sparkpeople.com.. I do count calories.
*blogging.. it gives me LOTS of accountability
*3fc.. you all are so great! I've never had so much support, and I honestly believe that each and every one of you are reasons that I made it to where I am right now.

My boyfriend celebrated with me this morning and has been calling me things like "ONEderful" and his "199 baby".. he's my #1 supporter, and he knows how long I've been waiting for this! So he's really letting me enjoy it, haha I'm really excited for the next part of my journey.. I have 50 pounds to go until I reach my ultimate goal, and I know that I can lose those 50 lbs because I already have once!

carissa! WOWZA! You can certainly tell a difference! WTG on the 50 pounds!!!! You are such a beautiful woman..and strong too it seems...I know you will succeed!

OMG - 3 milestones at once - you've just won the trifecta of weight loss! You look fabulous - losing not only the pounds but so many inches too - the differences in the photos are amazing and soooo obvious - WAY TO GO!

Thanks for sharing all this success - it's fun to celebrate your arrival in OnederLand with you - it's also great motivation to see the proof of the results you've achieved through hard work and determination - it gives the rest of us hope that your story will be ours!

You are always so supportive and kind in your posts to everyone here - it is a pleasure to be able to cheer on your precious boyfriend's Onederful 199 baby!

Here's to the next 50 - they'll soon be history too!
