Weeee! Just had to share cause I'm totally psyched. I weighed myself yesterday and today (I usually don't count a new low until it shows up more than once because the scale likes to tease me sometimes hehe) I'm at the halfway point! 59 pounds gone, 59 to go for my first goal (normal BMI). I will have a bit to go still once I reach that, but it will be nice to finally be in the healthy range.
I'm also psyched that my fat % was 38% too last night! I still remember when I saw that 50% on the scale. Eep! I take those percentages with a grain of salt though because I'm not sure how accurate those body fat scales really are...but still, at least it's going down
Next milestone...below 200!
PS: I know I always say I'm doing all this to be healthy more than for pure weight loss motives and I am. I'm not "dieting" so it's not a "get on" "get off" type of diet/lifestyle. But hey, I'd be lying if the numbers on the scale don't make me happy too!
