I haven't heard this, but it sure does make me feel better. I gained and lost the same pound for weeks right around 30 pounds. i'm just finally hitting a loss two weigh-ins in a row.

I know March is almost over, but thought I would jump in here. Finished the first two weeks OP and I have lost 11 lbs. and almost 20 inches. I never thought I would be feeling so successful so quickly.
I am having trouble with forgetting to eat, not so bad on work days but when I am on my own meal time slips by. I know that is bad, as regular food is important for the fat burning.

The best part is that my last appt. was before the class for maintenance, so terrific to see all the successes arriving for that. Nice to see it works!

I started MRC on the 15th of this month, and have lost 8.5 lbs total so far from preconditioning to "Day" 6. I was really worried because I weight myself at home every morning. I'd hit the same number two days in a row and up .2 lbs this morning. That's really frustrating, but when I went to my center, I showed a 3 lb loss, so I'll take it!

Hi...
Just dropped by to say hello. I recognize a couple of names, but nice to see newbies, too. I am still on maintenance, be two years this year I believe.

Good luck to everyone..

I just read somewhere that keeping the weight off for two years increases your chances of keeping it off long term by 50%. So you are on the way to a lifetime of skinny!
