weekly goals
so for me its easier to take things a week at a time. in my mind sometimes if i set a goal to lose 10lbs in one month i'll start out good, then slack off thinking i have the rest of the month to catch up. i need to stop thinking like that and do good every day. so here are my goals/ plan until sunday:
Thursday: eat op, drink 100oz, drink 4 hns, go to gym
Friday: eat op, drink 100oz, drink 4hns, walk dog, go to gym
Sat: eat op, drink 80oz, drink 4hns, gym in morning, walk dog in evening
Sun: eat op, drink 80oz, drink 4hns, gym in morning, walk dog in evening
its easier for me to go to the gym over the weekend, i strugle going after work. my goal is to go atleast 4x week.
