weekly goals
so for me its easier to take things a week at a time. in my mind sometimes if i set a goal to lose 10lbs in one month i'll start out good, then slack off thinking i have the rest of the month to catch up. i need to stop thinking like that and do good every day. so here are my goals/ plan until sunday:
Thursday: eat op, drink 100oz, drink 4 hns, go to gym Friday: eat op, drink 100oz, drink 4hns, walk dog, go to gym Sat: eat op, drink 80oz, drink 4hns, gym in morning, walk dog in evening Sun: eat op, drink 80oz, drink 4hns, gym in morning, walk dog in evening its easier for me to go to the gym over the weekend, i strugle going after work. my goal is to go atleast 4x week. |
I make goals all the time, it keeps me motivated, damn near competitive sometimes. I've got daily, weekly and monthly goals. Sometimes you need to take it a day at a time and sometimes you need to just look at the big picture.
So, go you! Those seem like some awesome, obtainable goals that should pay off for you. |
ok so i didn't meet every goal last week, i didn't work out on friday or saturday, i also had a couple cheats. i wanted to get down to 170 and as of this morning i was. so atleast i made my overall goal. here are my goals for this week:
