Weekly Goals for 5/12-5/19
I thought this thread would help keep us motivated and going strong on what our weekly goals are. You can join me or just follow in my progress or let downs, lol. Alright here we go, my goals for this week...
1-Exercise at least 15 mins per day
2- 10 glasses of pure water per day
3- I'm doing WW so stay within my point range.
Ok, is there anyone else out there?

I can do this.
My 3 are:
~not eating after 8pm
~trying to drink more water
~excercise at least once this week
~not eat french fries more then once
I realize this sounds like an awful list, but if I can do it, it would be a **** of an improvement over last week.

Well I am doing better with my points since I blew it on the weekend at the BBQ.
I did get my water in today and had a 25 minute walk to my WW meeting and then a 40 minute walk home

Mauvasiroux, that is awesome! I envy you. I wish I could gather that kind of gumption ( not sure if that is a word, but it sounded good, lol). Hope you had a great day.

Ok so I am an idiot, I wrote that I had 3 goals, then wrote 4. I really do know how to count.
I haven't eaten after 8 on Monday or Tuesday.
I have been drinking some water, but it should be more. Does Crystal Light count toward the total?
No excercise yet, but if it is nice out today, I may go for a walk after work.
No french fries yet, but I did have hash browns yesterday, but they weren't greasy at all.

Hey Squeak! I think Crystal Light counts as it is basically water with flavoring in it and has no caffeine. I know it counts as water at Weight Watchers
