Jenny2634, I know it's because of your period. I can't wait to see your weight loss Next week. I bet it will be awesome and you'll have a smile on your face. Just keep following the plan and it will work for you! I was told by my center (my 1st time around) to not exceed 4 hours of exercise per week. Just an FYI, you may want to ask how much next time you go in. Good Luck, your doing great!!

Yes but when TOM comes your body can go crazy!!!!! how many HNS do you take? Do you have a scale at home? If you do on WI days when you get up after you go to the bathroom weigh your self(I know they tell you not to but I am makeing a point) then go to WI then at night before bed weight your self again you will see how your body changes all day long. Thats why I stick to the 1st thing in the am WI,

You just crack an egg in a microwave safe bowl. Add your cheese (I use shredded cheddar), use a fork and mix it all up. Then cook it for 1 minute. Very easy! Put your toast in the toaster while the egg is cooking and WaLa!

So, I'm feeling great today! I know I have only lost 3.6lbs so far but before I started I had just bought a size 16 because my pants were so tight...Anyhow today they are feeling loose already. I can't wait to put on my 14's! I notice I am standing up straighter too and a smile of my face...What a difference a little positive thinking can do...It can change your whole life!

Hello everyone! I started with MRC about two weeks ago. I lost 6 lbs in preconditioning and now have put back on 1. They put me on the Meta-Balance plan instead of Meta-Slim. They are telling me you can only lose 2lbs a week on this. Is this true? Has anyone lost more on this? I think it may be the dairy. Thank you for your help. I am making a lifestyle change and working towards a goal of a anniversary trip with the hubby.

I am getting my food plan tomorrow and will be on the Meta Balance. Its sounds (and I am not sure yet) that yes we might loose a little slower on this but we get snacks in between meals!!! I am all for a snack.

My friend is doing the Slim and she gets her HNS between meals and no snacks.

I was a little disapointed at first that they wanted me to do balance but we get dairy on it and I for one love me some soy milk (hope that is included!).

Good luck to everyone!

They put me on Meta Balance because I have IBS and my doc wouldn't sign off on the Meta Slim. I am going in to talk with my Dr tomorrow. Originally it was 52 lbs to get to my goal now they are saying I will only lose about 34 lbs. Still good but I had my heart set on the other.

I've done Metaslim all along and I'm sure my average on it hasn't been over 2 pound/week....it's been slow but sure. Stay persistent. You'll get there.
