Wow! You've got quite a drive! Linda only does her class once a month, but I think she's taking a break this summer. They have all of her recipes at the Lincoln center. Also, check out the recipes on this web site and there is a new MRC recipe blog that I've just checked out and Oh MY!!! Can't wait to try some of the recipes!
