I forgot to mention... Shine On has been missing from the board. She and Tim made it home safely from WA (he was on the bike all the way... she rode about 350 miles, to Spokane , then flew to Omaha. She became ill when she was flying home. Hope to see her back soon. Sending good thoughts her way.

Hi everyone. I haven't been on here in about 2 weeks and eek. A whole new thread! We had our engagement party on August 30h and so I was off track the whole week and finally back on the bandwagon. Good luck to all and hopefully i'll be on here little bit more often.

It feels a ton better today. I can pretty much move it with minimal pain. The shoe thing is still a bit of an issue. I think it will be ok by my next trainer appt on Tuesday. Thanks for the concern. When it dropped (after I said a few expletives) I thought, "No way did I just do that!"

Hi all....

Just back from WI and down 1 pound. But - more exciting - they measured me today and I'm down 21 inches!!

The 10lb board is in my sights - only 1.5 to go before I get to sign it. Hopefully I can pull that off this weekend and sign on Tuesday when I weigh again.
