I'm on the 6 oz protein plan, so I eat two... but maybe you should cook one and see how much it cooks down to? You are on the 4 oz plan right? I really would just test it out and see what measurements work best for your plan...

Absolutely - that and MAJOR mood swings to boot. I couldn't exercise the first month because I was so drained. The exhaustion turned completely around after 3-4 weeks to the opposite effect where I had energy to spare. The mood swings were a little longer but the really brutal swings were only a few weeks too. Hang in there!

I am new here and just want to thank you all for your support and advice. I was on preconditioning for 5 days and lost 5 lbs. I am a few days into my actual meal plan. I have four little boys, 6, 4, 3 and 10 months. I am ready to be done losing weight once and for all. I had 69 lbs to go from the first meeting. I am really excited about this and glad they take the guess work out. I look forward to reading more posts!

I am going to WI today. Probably will buy the cookbook. All of your ideas sound so good. I am just afraid that the recipes may be on a different menu than I am allowed. Sigh.
But I think I am back on track with weight. Hopefully I can see a loss by Monday!
Happy OP day to everyone!

Will be going in for WI later this afternoon, hope it goes well. Was sick to my stomache yesterday, came home from work early and could not eat half of what I was supposed to. And for sure didnt drink enough. Hope it didnt mess me up to much. Just seeing that scale move even a half a pound is enough to keep me going another few days lol

I was wondering what everyone's best "getting off a plateau" tip is?

I have been the same weight for 5 days now. Yes, we are weighing every day. Only because we are not going to the center and doing it ourselves. Yesterday I drank well over 120 oz of water. I have been eating all meals like I should. No cheating, etc.

This never happened when I was on MRC before, at least this long of a period. Any tips?

WI was yesterday . . . since Saturday, 4 more pounds down and I am in fat burning mode (pee stick was perfect pink). Yay! My mini-goal of 10 pounds has been passed and now I am aiming for 20.

COngratulations to everyone else this week. Keep up the good work!!
