Medifast - Day one
Hi everyone, I'm new here and thought i'd give this site a try for support.
I have lost weight and regained weight dozens of times in my life. I've always just counted calories and the like, but this is my first time using a commercial weight loss product. I have the Medifast 5&1 two week program that I will be starting tomorrow morning. I've read countless posts about how much weight people have lost on this program, but I guess its my turn now. If I don't absolutely hate the taste and do well in week 1, I will purchase more so that I have a complete month worth of Medifast.
Starting stats:
Male, 26 years old, 5' 10, 275 pounds, sedentary lifestyle
