Hey fellow MFers - or are we OVers now...
My DH & I are starting back on TSFL meals on Monday. Honestly looking forward to it. Long story short: lost a bunch, gained some, ready to lose some again.

Question: Has anyone tried to do this without weighing in? Here's the deal. I really could care less what the number on the scale says -- I just want to fit into my size 12 pants again. And I find that the scale really effs with my head. Also, doing with DH doesn't help cause he'll lose 3 lbs to my .5.
So I'm thinking instead of weigh-ins I do pants-ons. Wondering if anyone out there has tried this strategy (or heard of someone who has).
Also, not that this forum isn't great, but when I first did Medifast, there was an awesome community board. Is that gone, I couldn't find it.
Thanks!

LaxMom ~ Just check the thread right above this one - Medifast 2017 - We have a very active board for Medifasters there. We would love for you to join us. I would suggest you read the former thread, too. There is a wealth of info there as well.

Hi everyone!

I'm still here and as of yesterday was fully on plan! I've lost 21lbs - just a little short of my goal. I am officially in the "normal" weight range.

Well, my hearts desire to have another child showed up on a pregnancy test yesterday! So, I will be off MF until after baby is weaned next year. I'm excited for the new baby, but really thrown for a loop in how to eat now!!! I'm sure I'll figure it out. I'm going to do my best to stay away from bad carbs and sugar.

I'll have to gradually incorporate A LOT more calories. Goodness, going up from 850 calories is going to actually take some work.

Good luck on everyone's journey! Work the system, and it WILL WORK!

Default Hi All! Newbie to board

Done the diet yo-yo since I had my first son 16 years ago. Lose 30 gain 40 . . . Repeat, repeat, repeat

Now have 80 pounds to get off. Really should shoot for 100 but would be great with 80.

First time on Medifast. I am hopeful after 4 days.

Starting weight: 264
Day 4 weight: 257
Memorial Day Challenge Goal: 237

So far so good! I welcome any and all tips for food choices, and recipes.
