Wink Soggy SATURDAY Menues

Stayed OP yesterday but I'm fighting those pre Mayo Clinic "I want to eat bad before Tuesday" thoughts!

B-2 weinie/cheese wraps
L-Salad w/ham
D- ?????? I planned to grill chicken but it's too wet-I'll fill in later

Water-Water-Water

I WANT A PIZZA! Help!!!

Make yourself one of those ground beef crustless pizzas. I think it's in our cookbook section. Maybe that will help.

I'm not making anything special today. I have leftover boneless pork cutlets that I cooked yesterday, some fresh corn on the cob and TONS of green beans from my garden. I like them with a dab of salsa.

It poured here overnight but it's quite nice right now. However, more rain is forecast which makes me feel sorry for all the folks who hoped to get in one more weekend of camping before school starts on Tuesday.

PIZZA! I remember pizza! Seems to me there is a meat crust recipe somewhere, maybe in Atkins. Never tried it but might be an idea.

Low Carb WW

B. Scrambled eggs with mushrooms and hot sauce
slice brown toast with Becel lite margarine
grapes
L. Cold Chicken breast, cucumber slices (at the Church kitchen while I did the Big Cook for tomorrow)
D. Roast pork (can you smell it?)
Brussels sprouts
Yellow beans
Oven roasted potatoes

Sheesh! Not very balanced - no milk and only 1 fruit
Did not drink water so my sausage fingers will still be here tomorrow!

b- 2 eggs scrambled
s-cottage cheese
l-double cheeseburger, just abou1/4 roll(tore it off)
s-hotdog
d-salad with redpeppers and blue cheese dressing,hamburger, maybe some corn
s-jello

I was trying to skip the Nutrasweet, but I know I'll want a desert tonight, so I figured I'd be better off having jellos ready!


Janice, how about some pepperoni for that pizza taste? I just bought some because I am making pizza for DH tomorrow.
