Happy Saturday to you all!!

Are you going to get all 3 points today? I plan to

Tonight is the first pre-season packer game!!! IT'S FOOTBALL SEASON

Last night I booked myself a yoga class this sept at the ywca - (my daughter is a member there) - I have never done yoga - don't really know a thing about it. All I know is that Sting does it and says that sex is amazing because of it

Only got 1 point today
My step sons are here.. and for some stupid reason that gave me permission to eat. I still journalled. I went about 10 points over.
I also only drank 68 oz of water

I did exercise today!!! I got my Leslie Sansone dvd in the mail - I love it!!

Exercise: 1 point (I almost said "forget it!" to the exercise, but I thought of this challenge & got my butt on the treadmill at 9:00 tonight! But I did 30 minutes!)

Like yesterday I could have easily gotten a big 0. I just wasn't motivated to do much. I ate terribly at lunch, luckily didn't go over pts and ended up having a green salad for dinner then had to ride my exercise bike this evening to get my exercise pt. I'm still not done my water as of right now but I'm not going to bed til I've chugged down the last 20 oz. Do we make this harder on ourselves than it really has to be?

for me i had a small piece of cake and icecream. higher for me that i should but still within my limis. yes i drank my water and yes i did exercise. Amazing though!! tomorow i will be gone so i will keep all my totals and post them when i come back. good luck for the next week girls!!!

Food: 1 (just barely! I overate at lunch and ended up with a half a point left for the rest of the day! I had a huge green salad with no dressing for dinner.)

Exercise: 0

BTW, since I am now under 225, I have also gone down to the next lower WW points range. My range is now 24-29 points.
