....not to the LC lifestyle, but new to the boards. I lost 50 pounds LCing in 2002 and was foolish enough to take a 'short' break for the holidays. Now I'm back where I was and ready for this to be the time I lose and keep the weight off.

My hubby has a good bit of weight to lose as well, and we are both starting the Protein Power Lifeplan on Jan 1st. I'm ready for it!

Looking forwards to getting to know you all, and in ditching this unwanted poundage alongside the rest of you.

Hi Saffrone I am Sue I also lost a lot LCing but went to work and lost my momentum then lost who I am. So over 2 years it all came back and more. I am back and with much support from the gals at work we are starting it all this new year. I can not say how much I will be here I am really busy but I will be here and we can work this together with the wonderful bunch of gals here!
