Hi everybody!

Today I got a whole bunch of low-carb foods, and also bought Benefiber. It was $14.99 for 6 oz. (42 servings) at Stop & Shop in Pittsfield, MA. Does anyone know of a cheaper chain store that carries Benefiber, esp. in the Western Massachusetts area?

*Also - according to the label, Benefiber contains 4 grams of carbs and 3 grams of dietary and soluble fiber. Does this mean I should be counting 1 gram of carbs per tablespoon serving?

You will need to count it in your daily totals. I believe Wal-Mart carries BeneFiber. I"m not sure of the price. I'm pretty sure I have seen it though.
