So with all the goings on I sure wasn't totally OP but here's the update:
Goals:
1. Lose 17 pounds, lost 5.5lbs this week for a total of 8lbs down on the challenge, 9 more to go!
2. Exercise 5 days a week, have been on exercise hiatus this week until the cold/flu is over.
3. Starting measurements 41-34.5-42 from last week, this week down to 41-34-41.5.
So overall quite happy with the numbers despite the weight loss being mostly muscle, ugh. Hopefully will be exercising by tomorrow again.
Congrats to everyone who lost and Linda hang in there, it will happen, your body has to let go at some point!
