There are really many factors that ifluence any weight loss the first week.
one if you have done this woe before,
2 TOM
3 fluid intake if you eat salty foods IE bacon and ham you WILL retain fluid and 2 cups of fluid is 1 lb so do not judge the scale give your self a month to even out before you go by the weight loss on the scale
