Default 9lbs lost in 2 days on induction - is this normal?

not that im complaining mind, my doc will be shocked when i go for the op in two weeks, being how he knows im the worlds biggest chocoholic he probably didnt expect me to lose anything, if i keep going this way i will have shed the 20lbs he wanted me to so i would be at my normal weight for the op. I know ive been peeing ALL the time, and drinking water like theres gonna be a drought next week so that must be helping heaps.

hope ya all have a great weekend, and happy mothers day to all the aussie mums out there

Congrats on your loss! Yes that is normal if you have been retaining water. That diet works as a diuretic for the first several days. Good luck!
