i weight train 4 times per week right now, will be going down to 3.
i also do cardio 4-5 times per week. this will also be going down to 3 times.
i'm going back to BFL workouts, with CKD eating (starting on sunday, march 6th). if i feel strong enough i'll go back to a 4 day weights schedule.
for cardio i do any of the following for 30-40 minutes (sometimes even 60 minutes):
* stationary bike
* treadmill walking (sometimes power walking, sometimes just distance walking
* spinning
* swimming
* walking around town (5-8k each time)
* stair stepper
* elliptical
