Anyone out there exercising this week.....I have walked every day

Mon - 1 mile
Tues -2 miles
Wed 1 mile

I got the Leslie Sansone WATP for Abs tapes - they are great...

Thanks for starting this tread Scooby! It will be my motivator ,exercise wise. I haven't dpne my sharefor the day as yetbut I usually power walk for 35-45minutes and do a Denise Austin for30 mins. :cb:

Bought the new Chris Cagle cd last night, and walked my 45 min walk to it today :) I dont know how many miles it is.

I've got another week before the stitches com out of my knee and I can start back doing real exercises. Meanwhile I do thes leg exercises 3 times a day, but they sure on not burn any caoires.

i LOVE to exercise !!
 
i weight train 4 times per week right now, will be going down to 3.

i also do cardio 4-5 times per week. this will also be going down to 3 times.

i'm going back to BFL workouts, with CKD eating (starting on sunday, march 6th). if i feel strong enough i'll go back to a 4 day weights schedule.

for cardio i do any of the following for 30-40 minutes (sometimes even 60 minutes):

* stationary bike
* treadmill walking (sometimes power walking, sometimes just distance walking
* spinning
* swimming
* walking around town (5-8k each time)
* stair stepper
* elliptical

Scooby: way to go, you inspire me!

I walked for an hour on Tuesday and Thursday and I'm hoping to attend a Bodypump class at my gym for the first time this Sunday.

I'm so jealous. I want to be able to post on this thread, but all I'm doing is knee lifts & stretches. I go to the doc to get the stiches out Thursday, so watch out girls, I'll be back.
