Question Crystal Bay Water????

Does anybody know anything about the Crystal Bay Flavored Waters? My doctor recently made me give up the Diet Pepsi and my only salvation has been these Carbonated Flavored Waters. The label says that they have no sodium, no carbs, and no calories. They do have aspartame, but that doesn't seem to affect my weight loss usually.

I figure they sound too good to be true and there must be something in them that will trip me up!

Thanks for your help!

the aspartame will.....it will fool your body into thinking your eating sugar, and spike your insulin, which may cause cravings, etc.

Mind you everyone is different, but if your doc made you give up diet pepsi, taking up another diet drink might not be a good idea.

ummmm. one reason the doc may have made you give up the diet pepsi was the carbonation. it's not the best thing in the world. sooo the crystal bay bubbles may or may not be the right thing to drink [don't you just LOVE vague answers???] but in all seriousness, some folks find that those little tiny bubbles slow their weight loss. others do not.

you'll just have to view this as yet another experiment!!!!
