Food: 100 % OP
Exercise: 100 %

I did weight lifting (WL) on legs, shoulders and 20 cardio.
Water: 80% Will do better today.
Yesterday I set a major goal and reward for my 50th B-day which will be in 1 1/2 yrs. So I am focused and motivated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
