Like you, I think she really suggests carbs in the am so you have the whole day to burn them off. The cereal you suggested looks ok according to Suzanne, as long as it doesn't have any added fat or sugar. Oatmeal and grapenuts are ok too.
I think we can do this together. I still haven't started yet myself. I have some food to eat up before I do. I can't afford to just throw it out. I know it sounds like an excuse, but we live on a budget (of sorts). Will probably start next week. Hey, you'll have a two week headstart on me!
