Talking Hi Jayaredee !

And welcome to a terrific site. I hope to see you post often so that you can get to know us and we you! You'll find some terrific loving friends here who happen to be pretty smart too!

Now, regarding coffee. I have become a decaf kinda chick. And drinking decaf is definately encouraged. I am fortunate enough to prefer it black. If you enjoy sweetener, I would suggest Splenda. I love that stuff! And with LC you're able to enjoy real cream! I know many also enjoy added flavoring such as hazelnut.

I have no problem drinking my decaf. I usually limit myself to 3-4 cups in the morning.

Again ~~ Welcome!

J

I can't tell the difference in decaf, but if you can, then consider joining Gevalia. It is expensive coffee, but I don't drink that much so it isn't so bad. Oh my, I never in my life thought coffee would taste so good! Decaf is really important if you are insulin resistant because caffeine can cause spikes in insulin, which will crash your weight loss. Like Sue said, if you aren't losing, then you might want to quit drinking it and see what happens. Everybody is unique!

Thanks everyone I never actually found a difference in the decaf myself so from now on I'll drink decaf besides it isn't so bad if I get to add cream to it!
