Thumbs down Quiche

Hey guys,
Every friday we have a staff meeting in my office and we rotate who brings breakfast. This morning someone brought in mini quiches. I just ate the inside of it-no crust. Did I blow it?

PS, I've lost 8lbs.

DCH,

Probably not if there wasn't any crust sticking to it. It also depends it they put any fillers in it like bisquick...etc. Its a hard call.

CONGRATS ON THE #8 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Love, Leens

Good for you not eating that crust!

I agree with Leens, just depends on the fillers, but I would guess that you didn't do much damage IF any. BTW, there's a great
crustless quiche recipe on the LC recipe section!

Huge congrats on the weight loss! (I think it found me! )

8 lbs! - Terrific...... how long has it taken you?
As for the quiche, I have to agree with everyone else - depends on the fillers, but my gut tells me that if you stay on the low side of carbs today you'll be fine!

Thanks guys,
I did just eat the inside; there is no nutrition info on the package; they are bulk from Costco. I still haven't eaten lunch because i'm so full from them.

samsgrandma: It took me 7 days to lose 8lbs. I jumped on and off the scale 3 times then went back later to make sure. I'm pretty proud of me.
