Hi gals,,,I have come to the conclusion that the swelling was do to the sodium in the Swanson Chicken Broth that I cooked the cabbage in last night. 800 plus of sodium should of done something. Thanks for the chemistry lesson,,,,I flunked that in school. Guess I will go make a rootbeer float with diet rootbeer and cream. Thanks tons for the ideas,.
