Hey Blitzers,
I'm doing well too. I have to admit earlier this week, Sunday and Monday, wasn't so great, but I've given myself a stern talking to and gotten back in the saddle! I'm eating right, drinking tons of water and exercising. However, I am refusing to get on the scale for awhile, because it makes me crazy. I feel lighter and will take my measurements and weigh next week, but for now, I'm not measuring anything! If there's no change, I get too bummed. If nothing has changed when I weigh next, I may try that Plateau buster diet. Sounds kind of awful though, but anything to get moving might be good right now.
