Stacy glad to see you here. maybe that can be one of my ideas to come up with. Right now i am trying the weekly challenges,
but basically i just go tothe store and get what i would normally get but i do not cook potatoes and do not cok rice. if that is in the meal plan for the kids i will make some chilli for me and eat that (i make a big pot and eat it for lunch for a week at a time) like i had fried chicken last night, coated porkchops tomorow tonight because of boyscouts i will be making chicken parmasan from the left over chicken. chilli one night, western eggs (omlet for me) meatloaf, stew. MMMM may be the stew tonight!!! it does need to be cooked. so that is what dinner will be for tonight. i cook it in the roasting pan with carrots and onions. i will eat a salad for my carbage.
