When I lose a couple pounds, I treat dh and me to a special dinner on the town. I also purchase some good lotions and shower gels to make me feel special as well as pampered!

I like to pamper myself by getting a treatment hair spa and new hair color, or color retouch. The hair salon gives you the entire shoulder, neck and scalp massage too.

I usually feel like a goddess when I'm done. I think it's also part healing, the way I feel like all my stress and tensions for the week are gone

recently i have been having what i like to call my pamper bath i treated myself to some new products and soak in the bath once a weeks with a good book/magazine and maybe a bacardi and diet coke.

my fav product at the moment is sactury salt scrub it smells lovely and ur skin is soo smoth and lush afterwards.

doing this on a weekly basis is definetly helping me feel better about myself

much love

I love pampering *so* much that I learned how to make my own lotions, lip balms, scrubs, soaps, etc. and have hundreds of fragrance oils so can whip up whatever I want whenever I want!

For mini-weight loss goals, I'd like to start incorporating massages....

I don't really pamper myself for losing weight, I act like a teenager again for some weird reason. This week I colored my hair dark on the bottom and blond on the top (two tone). I am getting all kinds of compliments on it but I wonder if maybe someone my age shouldn't be doing this (I'm 44).

I have a thing for clothes from the juniors department instead of the misses department. I know I should probably dress my age but I look at the offerings for older women and just can't stomach it.....

Now I am considering a nose ring. Both my daughters have one. Is this rational??? None of this would have been my normal when I weighed close to 200 lbs..

I pamper myself I guess on a daily basis..LOL...

I watch TV when I shouldn't, come to 3FC when I shouldn't, go out shopping when I shouldn't--although I am extremely thrifty--(but shopping burns calories--all the walking and trying on clothing.).LOL, drive slowly and let the rest of the world worry about the rat race, buy myself a flower, put on lipstick and perfume even if I'm alone all day,

Yep, I pamper myself!
