Lately my thing is exercise clothes and shoes. Just bought two pair of exercise pants and two shirts and a week ago a pair of nikes! Now I am wanting another pair of nikes, lol.

I do my own nails so maybe that would be a treat sometime...it's always nice to pamper yourself.

There are so many good ideas here. I would like to know what a Pandora's bracelet is though. That sounds interesting.

I think the main idea is that you don't wait until you are your desired weight to love and care for yourself.

I love getting my eyebrows waxed....my hairdresser does such a great job!! haha I also like getting pedicures, although that is a very recent development. I am trying to hold off for a couple weeks until my friend's wedding to get another one.

haha I pamper myself all the time...it's not even a treat anymore. I'm probably the poster child for self gratification... :-( I prob buy a new purse once a month...New rings, makeup... I bought some coach shades at the beginning of the summer... that I guess was a pampering thing. I did tell myself after I bought a pair of guess jeans that I wasn't buying another pair of expensive jeans until I hit size 10. uffdah. I hope I can make it. I have like 60lbs left to lose. The one thing I have held back on is a new Ipod. I have a dell dj that only works out of one of the earbuds. I keep telling myself that when I hit 150 I can have a new Ipod...but not until then.

I think it's good to set your goals not to far down the road... probably like every 20lbs.. I feel if they are too far, you may want to give up or give in.

I am another regular self-gratification girl. LOL... I love pampering myself, even in little ways. Sometimes, its taking time to sit up with The Hills is playing and read some magazines. I do and my own manis and pedis and that can be super relaxing to do while a good movie or tv show is on. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE music so a new CD is always nice. Love makeup so new nail polish or eyeshadow... You get the drift.

My weight loss rewards are set at 10 lb intervals, and I cant wait to celebrate.

I get myself pretty new things every chance I get. Makeup, clothes, shoes, accessories, bath products... I quite definitely pamper myself. I just received four lovely skirts in the mail today, in fact... I think my favorite thing is to get packages in the mail.

I love to pamper myself when I can afford it. I'm currently unemployed so the pampering is being put on hold. I've really wanted to get a full body massage, but I'm sure it isn't cheap. Maybe one day.

Speaking of pampering - last night I had a massage.

Mmmmmmm. Sheer bliss. I restarted the NROLW program last week and have been feeling it in my lower back and hips. My therapist not only took care of those spots, but found things in my mid back and shoulders I didn't realize were there. By the time he was done, I just wanted to melt into the table.

If you've never had a massage, GO. Seriously. It's the best thing ever.

I may just do that I've always said I didn't want to get a massage because I didn't like strangers touching me (lie). I didn't want strangers touching my fat is more like it. Now that I'm feeling so much more comfortable in my skin I'm thinkin' it sounds yummy.

I dont pamper myself. The only thing I really enjoy is a good full body massage, but at $60 (minimum, for an hour) I can't see myself doing that too often. I work full time and I'm a full time student, so I really dont have the time anyways. And, as a broke student, I dont really the money either.
I'm reveling in my young age and good genes. Although my parents are in their 50s, neither look a day past 40. I dont break out or have facial blemishes, never had acne. I tan well, never burn. Skin is always really soft. But... we'll see how long my luck lasts So for now... if it's not broke, dont fix it!

However... About a month or two ago a got my first really huge stretch mark (at least thats what I think it is). It's on my stomach and about 4" long and pretty wide. What gets rid of that? Just loosing weight? Will cocoa butter help?

I like when I run out of liquid soap. I always feel pampered when I use a new smell. But otherwise I don't really have too many reasons or opportunities for self pampering.
