Monday, March 31st:
Running around the high school and block for the running coach. So far, very little on my form, but I picked up "Chi Running" at the Strand on Saturday and to my surprise, found it inspiring. It makes perfect sense to me. So I was thinking of that as I did the run the way the coach described it. Walk, fast run, slow run, fast run, walk. Four times around. About 22 minutes. It felt good. I learned how to get back my breath, and I am figuring out how to pace myself.
