March 25: 95 minutes bikram yoga. I had to go to a school board meeting so I left yoga 5 minutes early to shower-- I hate leaving early but I was proud I didn't use it as an excuse not to exercise.

March 26: great, sweaty bikram yoga class tonight.... 105 minutes. I'm excited because my favorite teacher is teaching tonight and I thought she was no longer teaching-- she lives hours away and only teaches when she is in town visiting her mom.
Thursday, March 27: 7 mile run on bike path with firefighter friend in 1 hour exactly
Friday, March 28 AM: 5 min arc trainer warmup, lat pulldowns, lying tricep extensions, DB shoulder press, DB Bulgarian split squats, 50 KB swings, 50 KB hip thrusts, 50 Roman chair leg raises.
30 minutes StairMaster, creaky knee that got better within the first five minutes, but my legs were tired, and I had to grab the rails for the last three minutes
30 minutes shoulders, biceps & triceps routine
30 minutes leg day
Usually I do this on Sunday but I moved it up to Friday, to spare my legs for Monday night running class

March 27: AWESOME bikram yoga class with my FAVE teacher. Loved every minute of it. 100 minutes.... was going to do some exercises at home but it never happened. My goal this weekend is to get to the gym once and swim on top of my bikram classes.... trying to decide where to figure that in with all of my other weekend plans...
Ran 4.25 miles on parkway path, felt imbalanced, did not like the biomechanics of it, and had two walk intervals. Either I was too tired from leg day yesterday, or I forgot how to run outside. I did this route last summer into fall, so I was sorry to see I'd regressed.
60 minute Pilates mat class
March 29: bouldering and climbing at an indoor rock gym. More or less kept up with two male friends who are in decent shape. We are all beginners so this is an exciting new hobby!
15 minutes arc trainer, intervals, resistance at 10, just a warmup, as my lower body definitely needs to rest today if I am going to run tomorrow
60 minutes back & biceps routine
Bought the book about chi running yesterday, and it was an eye-opener. I would really like to read it all day but have household tasks like cooking, cleaning & laundry to catch up with today
March 30: 10 min warmup on arc trainer, barbell squats (PR alert - squatted 125# for 4 reps, more than me!), barbell deadlifts, glute bridges, planks, KB hip thrusts.
March 31: 1 mile treadmill run, calf raises, lying DB tricep extensions, bench dips, bent over rows, planks.
