12/1:
-15 minutes HIIT on treadmill -15 minutes arc trainer -30 minutes weights: lat pulldowns, flat bench press w/dumbbells, lunges, overhead DB presses, bodyweight squats (I don't want to throw out my back again just yet). |
December 1:
43 minutes P90X Cardio X 50 Minutes lifting - arms and back |

15 minutes Stairmaster, aerobic intervals, resistance at nine 60 minutes shoulders, biceps and triceps routine 45 minute spin class, completely full, as we begin the holiday routine of "repentant" Sundays |

2.26 mi hike this morning over moderate hills. 3.419 mi hike this evening over moderate hills. 5 sets pushups x30 reps + stretching. |
Tuesday, Dec. 4th:
15 minutes Stairmaster, the usual, resistance at nine 60 minutes shoulders, biceps and triceps routine. Oh, it's a sad thing, to have both visible muscles and still, the swinging underarms due to loose skin. 60 minutes spin class, with weight intervals |

45 minute spin class, straight through, in the evening, when I usually do this in the morning. This instructor had lots of standing sprints, which wore me out early. |

20 minutes Stairmaster stepmill, aerobic intervals, resistance at nine 60 minutes back & biceps routine 40 minutes elliptical, intervals at 6 and 10, entirely going backward Hating working out in the evening on a Friday. Saturday, Dec. 8th: 60 minutes Stairmaster, aerobic intervals, resistance dropped to eight This was really tough. |
