Dec. 29: a spin class was all I managed today

Sunday, Dec. 30th:
15 minutes Stairmaster, the usual, resistance at nine 60 minutes shoulders, biceps and triceps routine 45 minute spin class, straight-up spin, no weight intervals |
12/29:
-Helped a friend move for about 90 minutes - lots of stairs and some lifting -25 minutes running on treadmill, 2.82 miles |
December 29: 8 miles on the treadmill (1:09:16)
5 minutes foam rolling 45 minutes core work |
Dec. 30: power class

Monday, Dec. 31st:
45 minute spin class with weight intervals, just four of us in class at 6 AM on this last day of December and 2012. Next week, this class will be packed. |
