My son is home sick today, so that is throwing a wrench into my workout plans. |

60 minute spin class with weight intervals 60 minute Pilates mat class The gym full of murmurs between classes about the Newtown school shootings. Primarily female membership in this place, with the classes almost entirely female-attended, and so, all around me, the empathy of mothers, so easily able to imagine the horrifying loss. |
