Weekend catch up.
Saturday:
B - oatmeal, flaxseed, apple, pecans, skim milk
L - leftover farro minestrone
S - bites of stuff as I was cooking
D - (cooking club) - slice of slithering snakewich, some stew from a pumpkin, ghoulish gazpacho, spinach calzone, tea egg, 4 cupcakes

, piece of chocolate, one cookie, wine, vampire's kiss cocktail
E - running around the house all day setting up for halloween party, dog walk
Sunday:
B - english muffin w/2 egg whites, little bit of butter, an orange
L - leftover spaghetti w/sauce, parmesan
S - "bones" (pretzel sticks & marshmallows in white chocolate)
D - roasted squash and goat cheese pasta
S - last cupcake
E - none to speak of
Monday:
B - oatmeal, wheat germ, pecans, apple, skim milk
L - leftover squash pasta, atkins bar
D - will be either leftovers, veggie soup, or pasta bake
S - limiting myself to 9 pcs halloween candy (since I ate 1 piece Saturday)
E - doggie powerwalk this AM, planning some crunches tonight
