D - leftovers: wild rice pilaf, hominy spoonbread, potato gratin, spoon of PB

is it Thursday? Gosh, I'm tired. Was SOUND asleep when the alarm went off and I felt like I could just go right back to sleep. 5 hours later I still feel like going back to bed. It's going to be one of those days...ugh

L - rest of the leftover wild rice pilaf, frozen veggies, string cheese, chunk of lf cheddar
D - roasted potatoes, slow cooker short ribs, beer
E - bike ride, dog walk
Monday:

L - leftover sweet potato pasta, @work apple w/little bit of caramel sauce, 2 squares of dove caramel
S - atkins bar
D - chicken in tomato sauce on rice, spoon of PB

It finally stopped raining! Yay! Carter got a nice little walk last night and will get a better one tonight, since at least today the sun is out.

S - atkins bar
D - accumulated from whole foods - sauteed veggies, mashed sweet potato & apple, spinach feta pancake, tiny pumpkin cheesecake, glass of wine
E - 30 mins pilates
Sunday:
B - oatmeal, flaxseed, apple, walnuts, skim milk
L - leftover chilaquiles (chicken & DH's beef leftovers)
D - roasted squash, steamed broccoli, tuscan cod (cod + tomato + onion + capers)
S - half each of banana muffin and pumpkin muffin
E - 60 min dog powerwalk
