L - @mediterranean buffet - chicken thigh, some kind of bean stuff, salad w/dressing, some kind of puree, green beans
S - tall decaf skim pumpkin spice latte (no whip)
S - string cheese, banana
D - chicken thighs, leftover rice/squash, potato broccoli gratin
E - AM dog walk

Thursday:
B - oatmeal, flaxseed, strawberries, walnuts, skim milk
L - lean cuisine chicken carbonara, atkins bar
D - leftovers: wild rice pilaf, hominy spoonbread, potato gratin, spoon of PB
E - short dog powerwalk this AM

is it Thursday? Gosh, I'm tired. Was SOUND asleep when the alarm went off and I felt like I could just go right back to sleep. 5 hours later I still feel like going back to bed. It's going to be one of those days...ugh

L~leftover broccoli soup, 1 slice bread
S~yogurt unless I can go home early and nap
D~southwest egg and sausage frittata, perhaps a side salad

Saturday:
B - 1.5 pcs ww french toast w/jam, scramble of egg susbt and turkey sausage, glass of milk
L - lean cuisine sesame chicken
D - sweet potato goat cheese spinach pasta
S - rest of the potato broccoli gratin
E - 40 min doggie powerwalk

Sunday:
B - oatmeal, flaxseed, apple, skim milk, walnuts
L - rest of the leftover wild rice pilaf, frozen veggies, string cheese, chunk of lf cheddar
D - roasted potatoes, slow cooker short ribs, beer
E - bike ride, dog walk

Monday:
B - oatmeal, flaxseed, apple, walnuts, skim milk
L - leftover sweet potato pasta, @work apple w/little bit of caramel sauce, 2 squares of dove caramel
S - atkins bar
D - chicken in tomato sauce on rice, spoon of PB
E - 30 min doggie powerwalk this AM

Saturday

L~2 chicken legs, 2 small rolls, moderate portions of lowfat potato salad and black bean, corn and tomato salad, beer, apple empanada
D~salad and tortilla soup, wine

Sunday
B~egg mcmuffin
L~burrito
D~cheese manicotti, salad, foccicia, wine

Monday's plan
B~chicken leg
S1~cottage cheese, pineapple
S2~egg
L~leftover frittata
S?~yogurt or nectarine only if I'm hungry
D~grilled chicken, leftover salads from Saturday

It finally stopped raining! Yay! Carter got a nice little walk last night and will get a better one tonight, since at least today the sun is out.

D - accumulated from whole foods - sauteed veggies, mashed sweet potato & apple, spinach feta pancake, tiny pumpkin cheesecake, glass of wine
E - 30 mins pilates

Sunday:
B - oatmeal, flaxseed, apple, walnuts, skim milk
L - leftover chilaquiles (chicken & DH's beef leftovers)
D - roasted squash, steamed broccoli, tuscan cod (cod + tomato + onion + capers)
S - half each of banana muffin and pumpkin muffin
E - 60 min dog powerwalk

Monday:
B - oatmeal, flaxseed, apple, walnuts, skim milk
L - leftover cod, squash, broccoli
S - atkins bar
D - cottage pie, applesauce
E - none, I'm such a bum
