Saturday:
B - none, by the time I was ready for breakfast it was 11:30
L - baked potato, bbq sauce, one chicken sausage, salad w/lf honey mustard, small piece of challah
D - @cooking club - chicken satay w/peanut sauce, coconut fried shrimp, chicken pot pie, steamed artichoke, fried artichokes w/dip, bread pudding, too many brownie bites, like three pumpkin donut holes, punch, glass of wine
E - bike ride to and from DH's 5k race (30 mins total), 15 min dog walk

Sunday:
B - oatmeal, flaxseed, apple, walnuts, skim milk
L - leftover chicken satay, peanut sauce, frozen veggies on rice
S - atkins bar
D - kraft mac & cheese ("lite" preparation), potato turnip spinach thingy from cooking light
E - 1 hr dog walk

Monday:
B - oatmeal, flaxseed, apple, walnuts, skim milk
L - leftover potato turnip spinach thing, atkins bar
D - spaghetti w/meat & veg sauce (mostly veg)
S - slice of bread, pear
E - 30 mins pilates (legs, abs, back)

My dinner last night was really, really good. Basically a vegetarian chili with lots of veggies and ww macaroni. I changed the recipe up to add more veggies. But I failed by drinking wine.

Tuesday's plan
B~nectarine
S~egg
L~leftover chili mac
S~yogurt
D~not entirely sure. DH is out of town, so it's just me and DS. We could do eggs, leftovers, pasta, etc. I think I'll let him decide. But I do plan on roasting the kale tonight--oh, perhaps burgers to go with the kale chips?

Last night's dinner was kind of a disaster. After realizing I forgot to defrost the meat for the meal I had planned, I planned to make a tofu dish instead. Then when I got home I found out the two containers of tofu in our fridge were both expired. And not just by a little, by like two months. :-/ They smelled okay but we decided to play it safe. Then I couldn't find any recipes to use the only protein I had on hand (1/2 lb ground turkey) and ended up just making pasta sauce out of it. So, calories not logged since I don't know exactly what went into it and I was too busy to bother measuring the ingredients. Oh well.

Tuesday:
B - oatmeal, flaxseed, apple, walnuts, skim milk
L - leftover spaghetti & sauce, atkins bar if necessary
D - zucchini "lasagna", slice of bread
E - 25 min doggie powerwalk this AM + 5 min swiss ball crunches

Tuesday dinner ended up being scrambled eggs, ww English muffin, cantaloupe and hash browns with bacon and cheese.

One disaster after another this week. Last night I sliced up my finger while using the mandoline to slice zucchini, which resulted in a trip to the urgent care center and dinner not getting on the table until 8:30pm (we usually go to bed at 9!). No stitches needed at least.

Wednesday:
B - oatmeal, flaxseed, apple, walnuts, skim milk
L - leftover zucchini "lasagna", atkins bar, tomato
D - beef fried rice w/veggies
E - none

So our local butcher shop had a sale on everything in the freezer last week and we bought a bunch of stuff. This included a package labeled "chicken breasts" and a package labeled "stir fry" (which is usually just beef cut into strips). When we opened the "chicken breasts" it turned out to be chicken sausage. Oops! The "stir fry" was marinated beef. Then when I was cooking it last night I was like, wait, was this even raw to begin with??? I guess that is why it was on sale.

Thursday:
B - oatmeal, flaxseed, apple, walnuts, skim milk
L - amy's tortilla casserole meal, pear
S - apple cider, banana
D - english cottage pie
E - doggie powerwalk this AM + a few crunches

Allison, I didn't get sick from eating it so I guess it was okay!

Friday:
B - oatmeal, flaxseed, apple, walnuts, skim milk
L - @work - 3 small pcs veggie thin crust pizza, 1 pepperoni (small like 2x3 rectangles, I hate it when they cut pizza into rectangles!); atkins bar
D - I don't even remember. Leftover zucchini "lasagna" w/ww pasta I think. And a glass of wine maybe?
E - dog walk

"L" (really snacks over the course of the afternoon) - bunch of samples at a chili cookoff, half a soda, half a scoop of watermelon sherbet, half a pumpkin pie blizzard (I asked for mini but I think they gave me something significantly bigger), pumpkin spice muffin, string cheese
D - @sushi place - split w/DH . . . about 3 pcs cucumber roll, 3 pcs spicy salmon roll, 3 pcs tuna roll, 1 pc salmon nigiri, 1 pc tuna nigiri, 3 pcs some kind of special roll
S - german chocolate cake brownie
E - doggie powerwalk, hour and a half yoga class

Sunday:
B - atkins bar in the middle of my loooong powerwalk
L - lean cuisine lasagna, frozen mixed veggies
S - string cheese, leftover beets/cabbage
D - salmon cakes, wild rice/farro/brown rice pilaf w/dried cranberries, buttercup squash, squash and apple turnovers (2), 1 crescent roll, apple sauce
E - hour and a half doggie powerwalk (almost 6 miles)

Monday:
B - oatmeal, flaxseed, apple, walnuts, skim milk
L - leftover rice pilaf, squash, salmon cakes, 1 turnover, atkins bar
D - baked chicken breasts, roasted brussels sprouts & apples, cooking light hominy spoonbread
E - fitness center at work closed with no notice. Argh. I'm thinking dog walk when I get home and maybe a pilates video. (Update: yes, I walked the dog and did a pilates video.)
