Susan, what a great picture! Congratulations on goal ... and when did you turn back into a teenager? My heavens, you look young enough to be your own daughter!!
PS -- it's not vanity at all. You've worked hard to get where you are and have every right to show it off.
Wow Susan!!! You look absolutely, positively - INCREDIBLE. I love the outfit - and the stance. You are absolutely radiant. Congratulations on a job VERY well done.
Oh dear, I hit the sales again yesterday. How can you pass up bargains when they're 65% off and then you have a 20% off coupon? I found an awesome outfit -- chocolate brown embroidered eyelet linen/silk jacket, skirt, and top -- but the only skirts left were a 10 and 12. I bought the 10 and am taking it to my seamstress this morning to ask her if she can turn it into a 4. She's a little Italian miracle worker and I'm hoping she can reconstruct it minus about 4 inches of fabric, but am leaving the tags on in case she says no.
I came to the realization yesterday that I can't afford to gain any weight back because ... I have too much money invested in little clothes!! Seriously, I'd be an idiot to outgrow the fabulous wardrobe that I've put together over the past five years. I know it sounds silly, but clothes are such a motivator for me! And I'll take my motivation wherever I can find it.
