Also down 1 pound over the weekend...1.6 to go to reach the 20-pound milestone...yeah!!!

Mary~I know I have lost alot of my goal, but I swear I don't see it and I am still in tight 13/14's so I don't know what I have lost. My boyfriend jokes and says brain cells :)
But I just can't wait unilt I stand in the mirror and say, "wow" I get some compliments from a very few people (mainly at work) But I really didn't tell my family to much about the plan because I didn't want to fail and here them say I spent all of that money on it, and plus, they are just not "diet" type of people, if that makes sense. They really would say I was wasting my time and that there was nothing worng with me and I completly won't mention it to my church family, but they are starting to notice that I don't stick around for the many events we have that involve food. So I am glad I am seeing the pounds come off on the scale at least to keep me motivated, but I don't think I will be too excited at 150, I might lower my goal again when i get there. |
Shennie, I can totally relate to the feelings you have about not seeing the picture of yourself accurately. My original goal when I started after my last baby was bown (2yrs ago when I started WW) was 145. I became discontent with that goal and am now re-thinking my current goal and will most likely buy more weeks to get down to 125-130. Its good to know though that youre on the right road and youre doing an awesome job:)

I just go back from WI and I'm down 1.0 from Monday!!!! That means 0.6 to go until I hit the big 20 milestone...and a 1.8 loss will put me in the 150's. I'm so excited!!!! I'm doing the carrot happy dance :carrot: :carrot: :carrot: !!!
Also, I met my 10 visits to the center for October and got a $25 gift coupon. I'm going to get the cookbook on Friday. What a happy day :lol: |

im down just .2 today, Wednesdays are hostorically the "high weight" day of my week. I plann to do Take Off again this weekend to jump down into the 130's.

i was actually up .6 this morning, But i had a little over my half potatoe last night and it was a late dinner, plus i might have got some extra sodium in at lunch, so i did warm lemon water this morning and am drinking some extra water. However, it feels good to be officially in the 160's now (I've stayed for 5 days, so it counts now) Think I will do TO this weekend too...deets, i think were on the same schedule :lol: |
I thought I should finally get one and Im uptight about posting my kids on the internet, so I thought Id post my bag instead- LOL:) This weekend is gonna stink, but Ive already written it in my book, so it might as well be in stone!

:woo: Congrats to all the people hitting milestones this week awesome. I was thinking to myself next weigh in I will be in the 70's for the first time in a while yeah yeah yeah its the 270s but still.

Went to WI today and was down 2.4 lbs. Best yet though is that I'm now in the teens. Another mini goal reached!
