congrats Tina!

I was up again today .8. I know what did me in though, I had a carb craver piece of pizza last night. and not only was it too lat, but i know that it was a rather large pices and i still ate it :(

I have got to get POP now, I am messing up my winning streak!

goal is to get in an extra 5 glasses of water and do lemon juice tonight...yuck

Ok, yesterday was my first trial run day on the blue plan. I followed it to a t, and this morning I was 182, down from 184 even with af here today. This must be the right plan, I picked.

this morning at WI, up .2..this is my normal weekly pattern- I always WI high on Wednesdays...its that time of the month anyway (seems like it is for a lot of us here this week!) so it will all even out:)

I went to WI today...I'm down 0.8 from Monday...yeah! I also got measured. I lost 1 1/2 inches in my waist and 1 1/2 inches in my hips since 4 weeks ago. So overall, in the last 8 weeks, I have lost 17.8 pounds and 12 inches!

I was down.4 this morning, but still lingering in the 170's again (170.4)
But this time when I get to the 60's there will be no buffets or pizza, or that donut hole I had this morning (It's like i can't stop:))

I was down .4 today; Up .4 the other day. It seems I have been stuck on 149 for weeks. The counselor suggested that I eat my proteins (I get 2 a day) in the morning and at lunch and not have a protein at dinner, making dinner my lightest meal. I'm gonna try that and hopefully that will work. Also, I am gonna try NOT having my favorite bkfast ....1T reduced fat peanut butter on a slice of toast every morning. I counted that as 1/2 protein and 1 starch. I'm gonna have eggs and toast instead . Maybe peanut butter is the culprit....who knows. ....anyhow I am making those two changes so I'll let ya'll know how I do on Friday when I weigh in again.

At todays WI I was down another .8, doing TO really helped, I think. I bumped my average back up to over 2lb/wk..yay!

I didn't think it would be that good because I haven't been able to excercise this week. Hey Im happy 31.2 pd in 11 weeks! :D
