So-last night I also (like Mary) entered a new "decade"-granted it's a 100 lbs more than Mary's:o but the 260s are looking fine right now after what seemed like forever in the 270s. And in 1.4 more lbs I will be put on the regular Red plan!

stil at 171.8, just went to weigh-in and I was down there, but she told that when you do TO the weight doesn't really come off unitl the night of the second night. So I am hoping for a 169.9 in the morning :crossed: |

I'm trying TO today and tomorrow. This time I'm doing it with the 6oz of protein and 2 veg...and knudsen's juice. So we'll see at WI tomorrow if that makes a difference or not.

what are you using as your protien. i used chicken, but i think i will try turkey next time and eat a 'taco salad" three time a day. I just can't do chicken breast all day...I am hating it by the last one. |

I said exactly the same thing to the counselor about changing plans. "Only 1 dairy?-That bites!" Keep up the great work everybody! I had a little problem with a catered lunch today-I forgot to bring my salad dressings so I had to use their oil/vinegar one. And I already used my fat this morning. I think I'll cut out one of my lites today. Don't want to mess up my losing run! |
Shennie, Yesterday I had a lite for breakfast, 3oz Ground chicken patty for lunch with lettuce and small amount of dressing, LA Lite for mid-afternoon snack, then 3 oz Lightly BBQ'd chicken and lettuce for dinner...and of course, juice throughout the day.
Today, LA lite for breakfast, juice, probably chicken for lunch with lettuch, then turkey for dinner. I found these turkey chops at the grocery store which are boneless and really tasty. I go to WI at noon, so we'll see. |

Went to WI today at lunch and I'm down 1.0 since Wed...yeah!!! :cb: I was up 0.6 on Wed from Monday though. I'm on my 2nd day of TO today, so that along with the upcoming weekend will hopefull show a big loss on Monday!
