welcome back Joy! I too slipped off the wagon last night and had some pretty nasty shrimp fried rice. (I guess the rush of the cheat made me think it was good :dizzy: ) I am staying in at the high end of the 163's, but of course I am saying to myself, "you could have been int he 162's if you didn't eat that" So here's to hoping Monday will bring the 162's |
I weighed up .2 this morning, still at the end of 138 though...heres to a challenging week ahead!

Hello all! It's been a minute since I've posted, but I'm doing well. I had my little issue where I gained 5 lbs earlier this month, but now I'm back on track. I am .2 lbs from my Thanksgiving goal, but I'm still happy. Every little bit is a success to me...and who knows that .2 may be gone tomorrow...LOL I hope everyone is doing well. Have a happy thanksgiving!

I went to WI two days in a row, trying to win their holiday challenge. I was down 1 pound since yesterday..heres to hoping its not back by Monday- LOL!

WI this morning...I was a bit scared but down 1lb!

I gained 2.6 lbs in 3 days :( I can't believe that - I was not on plan, but I didn't think it would be THAT bad. I had pizza the night before weigh-in, so I'm hoping some of it will come right back off. I was back on plan today, but we went out to dinner for my brother's bday - seems like it's one roadblock after another and I'm feeling really down.
I had lost 37 lbs and was 8 away from my goal :( |

You slipped up, but all is not lost, you know that:) Get back on tomorrow and Im sure next week will be much better for you. Life is for living, glad you enjoyed yourself! |
Thanks- you're right deetsmom - what I have a problem with is getting BACK on plan. But today I decided to do take-off (using the Hollywood juice). I have never done this before, so I'm hoping it kind of shakes my system up a bit and then I'll work really hard at staying on plan.

My revised goal is actually 130, but I havent changed the ticker cos I like the way it loks being closer, LOL! Ill change it when I get to goal, probably next week:) Thanks!

OK...I weighed in at luchtime and I'm down 2 pounds since last Wed which is awesome...but would be better if I didn't get off track for a week prior to that. So overall, so far for Nov, I lost 1.2 total. Better than nothing, I guess. I was hoping to lose 4 pounds this month.

2 pounds is AWESOME! Im back up what I lost over the weekend for no apparent reason. They say its time to shake my system up...back to the modified TO for me this week!
