Well I'm up 3 lbs, but I knew it was coming. So instead of harboring on the past, it's time to trudge forward. I'm doing TO and I have to admit that I'm very hungry. I've already had an additional cup of veggies and I'm about to have a lite. Anway, I'll update my stats on Wednesday.

Your stats are awesome though!! Youve already lost 20 pounds, this is surely momentary.

I am holding steady between 166.6 and 166.8, but I am keeping these weights throughout TOM, I haven’t really went up, so I am hoping that once I drop this water, I will be down, hopefully she will be gone tomorrow evening and I should see a good loss by Friday morning for sure.

Thanks deet! I appreciate your support. I actually gained 4 lbs!!! Anyway, I went in this morning to talk to my counselor about myo hunger. She suggested that I eat some sf jello. We'll see how today goes. I did lose 2 lbs though so I'll keep trudging through with TO.

Herownbeat...I hope that they can help you. My counselor said if I follow the plan I should never be hungry. Yeah right....some nights I am so hungry i could eat anything and other nights the sight of food makes me sick...hang in there and make the counselors follow up and help you get things figured out.

I weighed in yesterday and I lost 2lbs. I was surprised I actually lost because I ate a few french fries on Sunday and an extra starch on saturday. I guess since I drank plenty of water and worked out I still lost. I just started the program last Thursday and I lost 4lbs already so I feel good about that.

beanie - I don't normally have a problem on plan. I just had a awful/wonderful (lol) off-program weekend. It's just this takeoff plan. I doubt that I will do it in the future. It's a bit much for me. |
TOM is gone and took away some of the water weight with it. 166.0, I feel a lot better about my monthly goal now!

I'm going to weigh in tonight after work. I'm a little worried I've had two bad days. I broke down and ate chips, ice cream, and chicken and dumplings. I worked out each day and drank all my water so hopefully I didn't do two much damage. I probably gained back the 2lbs I lost Monday. Wish me luck...
