Hello Ladies
Well im sure liking these recipes so far can't wait too try..I was looking for something different for chicken that sounds great. But I used my mango in a smoothie this morning

good reason to walk to store lol..My gf came over this am (really freakin early 630 lol) to go for a walk but ended up storming like crazy so we ended up going over the gi diet and I set her up on fitday. I like fitday gives you a pretty good idea of how your doing in the different areas. I bought my pedometer yesterday and today I walked just over 4000 steps my goal is 10,000 a day there is a few programs online that I have read about starting out etc. Well here is my menu for yesterday and today
Think I mentioned that we were getting together for lunch with a gf that has breast cancer and just had removed. Was great seeing here and inspiration she is sooooo up about it so far. She is dreading the chemo though but she has lots of support which I think is the best thing.
