Hi guys,
Things have been awful for me. I'm almost at an all time high in weight. It's miserable. I won't bother posting any menus but i'm back on track today. I'm doing LAWL and WW combined. I'm just trying to be starch free for a few days to get some of the water weight off.
LaDean- I think WW is a good program and you'll like it. It works well w/ everything. Sorry about the weight gain, i'm in the same boat as you. When I write that I love SS, I am meaning Slim Series workouts not Somersizing. lol
Aleka- How are things? You gained as well? We all have to get it together. Must be the weather or something, all i can think about is treats. What plan are you doing right now? I haven't been to Suzzanes site in a long time. The new Atkins plan sounds great.
Lets get back on track and start posting menus. lol

Your eating sounds right on track. I'm still mulling through what I want to do. Right now I am in the process of listening to my body to see what it is I want to do. I have found out through trial and error, that I need to have carbs in the morning. My stomach feels so much better after having cereal, fruit, & skim milk for breakfast. At my other meals I do just fine without any bread or other starch. Bread is just one of my downfalls, but I honestly don't miss it. Until I decide what to do, I'm just going to eat balanced meals, watch my portions, and start walking again. I did get my first walk in today since my back started feeling better.
How is your eating coming along? The socks your daughter gave you sound adorable. I get dog catalogs a lot, and I bought a pair of sock slippers with a Boston on each slipper. I have quite a few Boston statues, stuffed Bostons, and other things. It started with the Boston we had before Lacee.
