I got on scales and they look good. so that starts my day out so good. then i have already hopped on my exercise bike and rode it my 5 miles. no walk. got things to do. my eating plan has had a few NO NO S in it this week. but hey thats life the way i figure it. if i am doing good and feel good then doing my best.ha I hope yours is going good Aleka. and also Kit hope yours is going good to..

Lunch.. 2 sliced turkey, cabbage, carrots, radishes
Dinner... salmon cakes, cabbage, radishes, carrots, green beans
just rode ex bike 2 more miles... i got to get this weight off so tired of it.
