I got my hour at the Y in last night. This seems to be working for me. Right after work the place is packed and I can't get to what I want and early morning eludes me these days. I do hope to start putting about 30 minutes on the weights here at home. It hasn't happened yet, but I keep thinking about it!
I was never an evening exerciser, but for some reason now it seems to be working for me.

Monique - try having a glass of milk or something easy to digest like that before going to bed. I often have to do that as I can't sleep when I'm hungry either!

And please do come join us on the chatter thread!
